Friday stands for fun!

Arachu vitta sambar is the only way sambar should be made. I'm never making sambar any other way. And maybe next time i will be more prepared instead of getting a neck pain out of getting a tutorial on the phone from my mom. And when that happens obviously the food cant go wrong. I mean when 15 people gulp down 4 litres of sambar within an hour of its preparation, surely it must have been good! ofcourse the dosai had a part to play in that as well!

So Friday is the day i most look forward to. Its my day of fun. No classes. A meeting with Prof. Nadathur in the morning which is kind of fun coz I am given preferential treatment over my co-TA. The fun starts with preparing for the recitation(teaching) on Monday and then planning dinner. The fun is rounded off with a movie.

What is more satisfying than cooking dosai, sambar...............eating it!!

You cook food, make dosai an drink sambar... not cook dosai and eat sambar.. now it know how good ur cooking is.. Keep it up! Hope u'r having a gala time.

machan..sood a oru anda la sambhar potu illinois ke amachidu...
some dosa also if it isnt too much of a problem..
